[Please help] my tecno k7 speaker stopped

Please help my tecno k7 external speaker stopped working all of a sudden, I don't hear anything when I play music, video or games, when someone calls me I don't hear anything I've missed alot of calls because of this, I can make/receive calls. I've formatted the phone still the same issue please help.

Is a hardware issue, have the phone checked by a technician.

Simple, do what Innagee suggested, these components just park up sometimes.
