How to Remove "Orange State" Message On Newer Mediatek Android Phones?

I have unlocked my Camon CX Air to Install Custom Recovery.But After unlocking my phones bootloader,when I Restart the phone it says "Orange State, Your device is not Trusted and boots after 5 Second" Always when I restart or Reboot my My phone. Its Very annoying me!
.......... Is there a way to remove this message?
PLEASE HELP ME!

relocking the bootloader ought to fix that and you can flash files using spft

Its Very annoying me!Try locking the bootloader, via adb fast tool using command "fastboot oem lock", tho some custom roms for some unknown reason requires bootloader to be unlocked, so as to work properly, if after locking bootloader, the flashed room doesn't work, then you'll have to unlock it same way "fastboot oem unlock" Note: locking/unlocking of bootloader erases user data on internal storage.

Please can I use fastboot to flash this file to my Blackview BV9600Pro ?
It is currently rooted and with TWRP, but when I boot to recovery it shows Orange State and goes to No Command.
I have tried some keys command, on the No Command screen I used the Vol+ and Power button but the device booted to bootloader options and when I selected recovery mode again I was back to Orange mode to no command, then I tried vol-and power button but that booted to Orange mode then normal system.
