We got the CyanogenMod 11 M5 just about 30 days ago and now CyanogenMod 11 M6 is out. The M6 build should be stable and daily driver-capable on the vast majority of devices. Its - at the moment - unclear what changes were made in the M6 but its likely to have bug fixes to take care of the last few known bugs.
Head over to http://download.cyanogenmod.com/?type=snapshot and pick up this build for your device if its available.

Nope. However, the Hovatek Team is working very hard to bring CyanogenMod to MTK Devices.
