Hello am using a Hawei Honor H30-L01M it's keeps showing *unfortunately setting stopped working* I den format the but still getting same and even worse.

is there any other errors aside from "settings has stopped" ?
did you try factory resetting the device in recovery mode?
have you tried flashing stock rom?

just as @emmanus mentioned the phone isn't mtk based so it won't have an sp flashable firmware
did you get any error using the recovery mode flashing method?
also do you remember the build number of your device?
