First,I solved the issue..The phone was booting straight to recovery after 2-3 bootloops,and a factory reset wasn't effective at all.
Then i noticed the phone build for a specific Kenyan Carrier hence the "s" in Model and "KE-SF" (Kenya Safaricom) in build number,so the firmware with the build number H806C1-M-KESF is not available online,so I just download the only available one (N6-H809A1-M-170206V11) and upon installing it went through,The phone is now back on,Now it's N6 not N6s anymore..

interesting, did you flash all files including preloader from the N6 rom OR you flashed specific files [boot and system only]?

I flashed the Whole ROM,and the phone is perfectly fine.
