Use the tool from the link in my previous response.

The tool will prompt you to unplug and enter download mode twice. What you have to do is, unplug your device, remove the battery, wait 30secs, insert battery, hold boot key, and plug back the phone.

Hi guys
I happened to find the same itel A12 yesterday with no service issue. I remembered the A12 thats hangs on Logo and i extracted NV and flashed into the one thats No Service with CM2. After this fix i dumped firmware because it is same build number 100%. 
When i flash to Hang on logo CM2 got stuck at 72%. Now im back to square 1 Confused

Try factory resetting the phone in recovery mode. See https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-479.html for how to enter received recovery.
