[Please help] URGENT Support Needed (Invalid IMEI)

Flashed a new rom to my Homtom s8 under the chipset MT6750.
After doing this it says invalid IMEI.
i tried googling it and they all gave me solutions such as use root apps and none of those worked. i also tried using the Xposed module that changes IMEI and that failed too.
I do have my IMEI numbers written down so i do have them its just having the phone use those numbers which is my issue. Help ASAP would be useful.
when i do the keypad combination it shows 2 IMEI as the same even though im pretty sure they need to be different cause i have 2 sim card slots

The rom u flashed does it have a file name (NVRAM)?
If no the download SN write tool or Maui Meta
Hovatek has videos on how to use those softwares on Youtube (if u search Sn write tool hovatek) im sure it'll take you to their page

no it doesnt have an NVRAM file. also using the SN flash tool i just keep getting the following error: EnterAPMetaModer() : meta result = default_fail

U can search for them online or get a working same phone an bqckup the nvram.
Have you tried the maui meta software as well?

i get the following error:
It cannot find the Kernal USB comport for AP and modem handshake.

its not a common phone. will that file be in a stock rom? i can download stock roms from the internet and hope. the rom i have on my PC atm is the one from Hovatek and it doesnt have it
