A customer brought to Hp Compaq Desktop computer. from his statement he told me he kept the system unit when it was okay but on putting it on there was no signal to the screen. I open the system unit and found cockroaches inside, have cleaned the motherboard and replaced bulged capacitors around the ram slots, but still there is no display. what could be the problem

have you tried a different RAM?

Yes have tried, when I remove the ram the computer doesn't even give a beep.

That could be either a graphic card issue or processor.
Have you tried heating the graphic card?
Also, you can try replacing the processor.
