Hi,

After trying an app on my phone TECNO R6, I have problem to connect WIFI.
I try to reboot, take off battery but the problem is still here.

Someone could help me please ?

Are you able to switch on WiFi or not?
Do you see list of available WiFi and couldnt connect your phone?

what app did you try?
do you get any error message while trying to connect to a WiFi?
and have you tried doing a factory reset?
