My Tecno Camon air touch screen froze and I am unable to reboot. I tried soft reboot by holding Vol- and power btn but it loops to the same screwn. Please help.

You'll need to reflash the firmware (or at least recovery, boot and system)
Do you recall the exact chipset (MT****) or Build Number?
Try read info only using Miracle Box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html , maybe you can get those info
