Help my Infinix note 3 showing no service after wiping

Please after I wipe my infinix note 3, it does not show network anymore and I checked the imel with *#06# and it shows me the omelette, please what can I do to solve this issue out please. And am still having valid Baseband version

Was it the imel there has corrupt or what could that be, if the imel is not there I would have use MTK engineer to fix it quick. Please help

how exactly did you wipe the device; in recovery mode?
is the baseband / IMEI on the device invalid?

Don't really get what you mean by Omelette.
If you have a valid Baseband but Null IMEI then write IMEI using the non-root methods at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html
