Huh

it was techno rom on the phone,i pilled the inner sticker and it is honor-T00 i downloaded the correct file it run successfully i used other flash tool it was successful but still stuck on boot logo.

Try wiping the phone in recovery. see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-479.html for how to enter recovery mode.
Also wait for at least 5mins because initial boot after flashing takes a while.

If after @innagee's suggestion there's still no luck then the rom might not be for your variant
