Hello !! 
my English is not so good but I must because I need my phone back, i was trying to root my device but i don't find the right way so I thing better Frist upgrading then rooting… my idea brick the phone done, please help.
happening:
flashing with sp flash tool v5.1752 step by step from your website.
original stock rom: Tecno Camon CX-H501DEFG-N-171109V159
flashed stock rom: Tecno Camon CX-H501D1-N-170405V107

now the phone is total dead.
 
any help is it welcome.

Try taking out/reinsert the battery and connect the phone to charger for atleast 3hrs, the battery might be drained.
Also, do you have access to working Tecno CX with the build "CX-H501DEFG-N-171109V159" ?

I must say that after this error, I tried to flash with another software (Infinix Flash Tool V1.0) the same firmware but he does not accept the scatter.
On the other hand sp flash tool he accepts without finding any error on the scatter, it's a red line with 100 percent but no OK at the end, and it's very fast on that way .
In my opinion I need another firmware...it is brand new phone.
In the area where I am, it is not easy to find another phone here.

 I take out and wait for an hour, then reinsert the battery and connect the phone to charge sens yesterday but it doesn't work no live...

I do also fully backup on my SD card before I start trying to root the camon CX may it help...

How did you make this backup? With stock or custom recovery (like TWRP, CWM, Philz)

Download the other two MT6750 full firmware at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19410.html and flash. Lets know how it goes
