[Free Unlock Codes] Android and Feature Phones unlock code requests

I read a lots of forums and everybody say that NCK code will be enogh to unloke MS3B phone.
This phone was bought by me at the mobile phone operator office, and since that it never came to the other hands or repair service. That`s why I`m completely shue - no one could change original code at this phone.
So why can it be? Could it be a mistake in calculating?
P.S. The phoho of IMEI and ID label is in attachment .

None of the codes there unlocks it. I can only press the 0 to 9, the * or # can't be pressed as it allows me to input only the pin of 8digits

the screenshot you attached is phone lock not network lock and this thread is meant for only network unlock.
