Wrong section ....!!! Here is Unlock code for Alcatel Modem .... and this device are not locked or unlock app locked via T-mobile usa !!!

Again, please accept my apologies...I just want to clarify; are you saying that since it unlocks via the T-Mobile unlock app that it is not possible to unlock it? Is there an appropriate section of this forum that I may want to review for any additional information or guidance on my issue?
