There is also a 1.015.00 file version and a 1.0.19.00 - this last one didn't work for me last time...

try flashing this rom using sp flash tool;
load the scatter file > click download > hold the vol down button on the phone [hold the button until flashing is complete] > connect the phone to the pc
another alt would be to try booting to and flashing system.img via fastboot
