[Please help] infinix x510 charges slowly

My infinix X510 (hot 2) charges slowly, it could give me like 15% for like four hours charging even though I have tried more chargers I can even count.
It doesn't even accept some chargers which we use on bigger infinix phones and even if it does the charging is very slow. I was told to change the charging port but I want to seek advice from you all. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I think you might need to change the charging port. Have you tried using a desktop charger on the battery to see how fast it charges? This would tell you if the battery is the problem
