[Please help] How to unlock Itel Android phones

How do I unlock Itel android phones of which the pattern/password was forgotten?
I don't have files for that particular phone and I seem not to have the right drivers for Itel.
The phone in question is Itel A11, I'll need the steps on unlocking it and also the right drivers for Itel.
Note: I have miracle box 2.27A loader and SPD upgrade/download tools.

Press the power button once to proceed into recovery mode
