When Flashed into TWRP RECOVERY, UNDER RESTORE.
NVRAM AND SECRO FOLDER NOT FIND.
probably due to the location you extracted the file to.
Internal storage\TWRP\BACKUPS\
if that location does not exist, then manually create the folders using any file manager then extract the contents of the zip file into BACKUPS
it should look something like this
Internal storage\TWRP\BACKUPS\2016-10-15...
then retry restoring in TWRP recovery

Copy NVRAM and Secro.img to both internal storage and SD card then try again.

Doing a TWRP restore isn't this difficult. You have 3 options here so please pay attention
1. TWRP
Boot into TWRP then tap backup. You'll be presented with a list of partitions to backup. Untick all and leave only recovery ticked then swipe to backup. Once backup is completed, reboot and open both your phone storage and SD card. You should find a TWRP folder in one of them which will contain another folder and then your recovery backup. Let me know if you find this as you'll be using the same directory structure to place the secro and NVRAM restore
2. SN writer / MAUI meta
Download APDB and BPLGU / MDDB for your build number at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19288.html then write IMEI using SN writer or MAUI mentioned at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html
3. NVRAM in stock rom
In the full stock rom, check if there's another folder which contains a file named nvram. You can edit the scatter file to flash this file if it exists

Good. Now, in the nvram secro backup zip you downloaded, there's a folder named 2016-10-15--03-37-29_A6-H551C1....
copy this folder into the INTERNAL STORAGE/TWRP/BACKUPS/PHANTOM6/ folder so you should now have two folders in the Phantom6 folder; 2018-03... and 2016-10.....
The secro nvram backup should now be visible when you tap restore in TWRP
