[Tutorial] How to fix Android screen randomly selecting items

If you're having a twitching Android screen which keeps selecting random items by itself or won't respond to touch, here's how to resolve it:
1. Wipe the screen
Dust, fluid or other particles present on your Android phone's screen could result in non responsiveness of the screen or random items being automatically selected . This is because the touch screen interprets their presence as touches and is confused by so many touches at a time
2. Sleep the screen:
Tap the power button once so the screen goes to sleep. After a few seconds, tap the power button again and unlock the screen if promoted.
