Get twrp from a similar device and port it yourself. Its easy. Unpack both copy /sbin and /twres from port to stock fix /etc/recovery.fstab to match your device repack and flash. Make sure you had downloaded supersu to your sdcard so to install once you boot into twrp.

Your phone is qualcomm right? Get any qualcomm twrp make sure if your phone is 32bit use a 32bit twrp.
