I have itel p31 but the build number different from the one you posted my is v026 can I still use it?

Good morning please have been trying to root my itel p31 MT6780 WITH Build number v026 for sometimes now but I can't seems to get my hands on it, have tried getting the firmware as you suggested but the magic box is not working, the start button cannot be click, can you help me get the MediaFire for my phone model please.

that's the firmware we have available for it2160 spd, if you need to flash then flash using miracle thunder
if you have a different problem with your device then create a new thread for your device issue by clicking "ask question" at the top
