How to setup and activate Infinity-box dongle

1. Connect the dongle to your PC via the USB port
   
2. Download and install Infinity Dongle Manager (Smart-card Manager) at https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?s=3
   
3. Extract the contents of the zip, open the Dongle Manager folder and run DongleManager.exe
   
4. When the Infinity Dongle Manager dashboard opens, click on the Update Firmware tab
   
5. Click the Update button
   
6. The update process will be interrupted by a prompt asking you to register (click Yes to register if you're not)
   
7. Fill in the name and email fields then click Register
   
8. The firmware update process should resume and update the smart card firmware version to the latest
   

Getting your Infinity Online Service (IOS) username and password

• After the firmware update is complete, click on the Serial Number S/N tab
  
• Select Read Online Service Username / Password from the dropdown the click Process
  
• Your IOS username and password will appear
  
• Head over to the Infinity Online Service (IOS) portal at https://user.infinity-box.com/ to login
  

Downloading and installing CM2 Modules

• After setting up the dongle, download the module[s] you wish to install @ http://dl1.infinity-box.com/00/index-1.p...=software/
  
• Extract the compressed file
  
• Launch the exe and follow the prompts to complete installation
  

Important Notice
Its good practice to close all open modules and eject the dongle (from system tray) before disconnecting from the PC
