if you've forgotten the password then locate and use the bit-locker recovery key created during encryption

if it was locked on a different PC, then search the PC for recovery key. the file is usually has a .txt file format with name "BitLocker Recovery Key *****.txt"

BUT if you don't know the password and you cant find the recovery key file, then its either your use some sort of software to bruteforce the password [not recommended as it might take ages depending on the password used] OR a file recovery software to attempt retrieving files from the HDD.
