[Please help] Infinix zero 3 does not boot again after rebooting by itself several times

I've tried two different firmware, one from your site, the other from another source. It was the firmware from your site that's currently on the phone. Is there a way out? Maybe kernel issue?

download boot.img
but if you have already downloaded the full stock rom, then simply extract the boot.img from within
