we'll list the rom on page one once its available
it's either you dump firmware from a note 4 running this same build you're looking for then flash yours OR you try flashing firmware of a lower build [you must first dump the current oreo firmware from your phone incase things go badly]
another thing you could try if you haven't already is to update to the latest oreo rom build [might have less or no bugs at all]
