[Please help] Alcatel China Phone Boot Loop

i have aan alcatel android china phone, (Tcl 7070q) it got into a boot loop while trying to install an application and i was trying to boot into recovery it dosent boot into recovery, i have searched all over the internet for a solution but to no avail., i have tried all the keycombination to make this work but it dosent work

try booting into recovery mode using vol up + power button
I have tried all key combination from google search it refused to boot into recoery, i took it to computer village too they couldnt repair it. That y i had to consult hovatech

try vol down + power button
also do you have access to a working phone same model as yours?

1. What was the application you installed and was the phone rooted?
2. Have you tried searching for the stock rom?
