[Please help] Can't flash ROM into Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and Alcatel One Touch Pop C7

Hello, I have problem when I want to flash firmware into Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and Alcatel One Touch Pop C7. For Alcatel I'm still receiving errors:
BROM ERROR : ?? (0x3), Timeout error and (99) error and S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL
Xiaomi red light is only blinking when I connect it to charger. When I connect it to laptop, there is nothing in device manager.
I already tried so many firmwares and Sp Flash Tools versions, but nothing helped. Please what should I do? If someone can help me for example with TeamViewer, then I will pay him.

Please, create a new thread for the Alcatel One Touch Pop C7 to avoid a mixup
As for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 , can I see a full screenshot of the error msssage

I'm not getting any error from Redmi Note 3. Only red light is blinking when I connect it.
