Please sir, my Itel A51 was successfully rooted, but I did factory reset and now it doesn't have root access again, but it can boot to recovery. What should I do .

Yes. It uses systemless root

Learn MediaTek, Unisoc / Spreadtrum (SPD) and Qualcomm Software Repairs @ https://www.hovatek.com/training

Yes. It uses systemless root

Yes you can use also supersu. or magisksu.
Never forgot to make a ROM back from your custom recovery and keep it preciously you will use it to restore your system back

I have device with same chipset, but when i flash the twrp, it doesn't work
