Having issues after flashing my tecno phantom 5

I was having issues with my fone so I flashed it with the normal stock rom from HOVATEK...after flashing; 1sim out of 2 is working....and no H+ only 3G....so I flashed it with Kenya safaricom; but this time it's only 1sim option....please help

Normally, SIM 1 is main for WCDMA and GSM, while SIM 2 is GSM Only. So you will need to switch the Sim cards.

1. Do you recall your Build Number before flashing?
2. Can you get access to a working Phantom 5?
