Help my Samsung 500T keep on freezing!!!

My Samsung 500T continues to hang and freeze every time which is getting unbearable for me. I have reset it many a times but all to no avail. Please kindly come to my aid as this laptop is very important to my work. It runs on windows 10.

Your HDD might be full and what's your RAM size (you need to upgrade to 4gb if you're using 2gb).

Installing windows without formatting the HDD also cause pc to run very slow, i will advise you to backup your files in external HDD and do complete format also upgrade your RAM to 4GB.

Maybe Windows 10 is too resource intensive for your PC. Consider downgrading to Windows 7, Checking your HDD to be sure its well optimized / not faulty and adding RAM
