[Please help] Miracle Box not detecting Alcatel Flash Plus 2 MT6755

I am trying to create scatter file. But no luck with Miracle Box. I have installed VCOM driver and my windows 10 pc detects my device without any issue. But not Miracle Box. Just keep getting error "none usb port, maybe driver not installed." what could be the issue? Please check out the images i have uploaded.

Uninstall all MTK drivers using USB Deview @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-7660.html then reinstall
