[Please help] s_auth_handle_is_not_ready (0x1388) Error

I am trying to flash stock rom to Lenovo Phab 2 "650Y_USR_S023_1608101830_MP1V2_ROW.zip" using sp flash tool, but keep getting error "s_auth_handle_is_not_ready (0x1388)"
How to fix this issue? The device has MT8735

what's wrong with your phone and how did the problem begin? can it still boot to homescreen?
are you using custom DA while attempting to flash?

Please help. I'm having the same problem on Lenovo TB-7304I.
It is not switching on, can't install the firmware. Nothing.
