Please am in these forum because my.friends told me that you guys can help me root my tecno w3.....please I followed the procedure in the website but any time I try to enter bootloader it will just show =fastmode... Please I need help

Why are you attempting to enter Bootloader? If your goal is to enter Bootloader and you see Fastboot then you're in the right place
refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15267.html for the rooting guide.... it doesn't require Bootloader
