How to fix Android automatically enabling Wi-Fi & Mobile data

If your Android phone's Wi-Fi / Mobile networks gets auto enabled even after manually disabling then it's likely an app is behind it or your settings override your actions. To fix this:
- Uninstall all WI-Fi / data/ battery managing apps
- Do a factory reset if you can't locate the app responsible
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Press the menu button > Select Advanced > Untick Network notification
