1. Download and Extract all files as shown in picture
2. Install the Huawei Drivers, No installation window but your cursor may load some few mins and it should be Ok
3. Disassemble Modem , we need a flexible pin to short boot...and a USB Hub since attaching to pc will be uncomfortable
4. Pay Attention the first point from the USB side view is the boot pin. Attach the pin to that point and any GND available
You may follow as shown in the picture
5. Use a usb hub connected to PC, attach usb hub to Modem as shown
6. UI Interface COM port is now detected, after detection remove pin and leave modem connected
7. Run Balong Downloader software and browse for the USBLOADER.bin file in 21.110 modem firmware
