You'll need a bootable USB to flash Windows to a Dual OS (Android + Windows) tablet. This guide will explain how to create one using Ultra ISO.

Download Ultra ISO @ https://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/ and install it
Download the Windows firmware for your Dual OS Tablet (it should contain a WINPE NTFS ISO file, a 'DiskpartFiles' folder, an 'images' folder, a 'Scripts' folder and a 'TEST_TOOL' zip
A Flash / USB drive (with sufficient capacity for the Windows files)
Windows PC

Steps to create a bootable Windows USB for a Dual OS Tablet using Ultra ISO

Follow the steps below to create a bootable-USB for dual OS tablets using Ultra ISO

Connect the USB device to the PC
Launch Ultra ISO as administrator and activate it
You should now be at the Ultra ISO dashboard
Click the folder icon at the top left corner
In the Window that pops up, navigate to the location of the WINPE NTFS ISO file, highlight it then click Open
The ISO's content should now be loaded
Click Bootable at the top
Click Write Disk Image...
Under Disk Drive, select the USB device, Set Write Method to USB.HDD+ and Set Hide Boot Partition to Hidden then click Write
Click Yes to confirm
Wait while Ultra ISO writes
Once Write is done, you should see Burn successful, close Ultra ISO (leave the USB device connected)
Navigate to My Computer or This PC
Right-click the USB device and select Format
Under Format, set File system to NTFS (some Windows firmware require FAT32) , Volume label to WINPE , tick Quick Format then click Start . Wait till Format is done then click OK
Copy the Windows files for the Dual OS tablet into the USB device
Your bootable USB is ready

Important Notice

Ensure you have sufficient space on the USB device. I recommend at least 8GB
Backup all important stuff on the USB device to another storage device because you'll need to format the USB after Ultra ISO is done writing to it
The ISO / OS image you'll need is very specific for dual OS devices. A Windows or Android only ISO will install only either to the tablet, not both (dual OS)
