Your PC is infected with Virus
Possible Solution
1. You can try System Restore to go back to previous date before the problem started.
2. You can Boot up your PC in Safe Mode to uninstall and install the softwares you want.
3. Also run Deep Scan using Eset, 360. Antivirus or SmadAV.

You have to restore your system to the time before you installed that driver that made you disable smadav the first time.
