Try changing battery or charging the battery.

help phoenix too cant open the file an when i opened the folder containing the file i saw only two files setup file an manual an i tried loading some files i downloaded an also get mcsuw not found error

if the firmware you download comes in an executable format then you need to install the .exe
note the folder location during installation (you can change this), because that's where it'll drop the firmware files
e.g
Code:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage

you still need to copy the files to the right path used by phoenix

look closely when you are installing any executable (don't just click next, next, next until the installation begins), you'll find the path where the files will be installed to (you can change this path or leave it as it is)

k thanks but the phone didnt on after i flashed 3 or 4 file after flashing finish it shows reboot now then later show downgrade error an it disconnect

this is someone's thread, create a new thread for this by clicking "ask question" at the top
in the thread, attach a screenshot of the error message
btw using our nokia flash guides, downgrading firmware is not allowed, you must flash either the same version on the phone or higher, in the event where you don't know the current version of the phone then search online for the latest firmware version you can get for that specific model
