In scenarios were/when you edit you build.prop, you save it, you reboot and unfortunately run into bootloop.
Such issues make you find your wanting, not knowing what to do next.

But in this case, it work in your Custom Recovery.
Requirements:
- A Rooted Device
TWRP Custom Recovery
Nano Editor{flashable zip}

How To Use
Opening Terminal in TWRP .
code:
Advanced => Terminal
---------
now type this:
$ ls
$ cd system
$ nano build.prop
-----------
now build.prop will be opened.
: use the arrow keys to navigation up/down ,
Write Out to save
: use ctrl + ^O
*do not change the name "build.prop"*
: ctrl + ^M
Exit
: use ctrl + ^X
DONE .

Type :
$ reboot
or just go back and click reboot=>system.
