bro u will have to format dat sytem last last or use windows defender i encountered it before it keeps corrupting every other file on d system

not necessarily, a full system scan or boot time scan using an anti virus will fix this OR you can manually remove the virus yourself (stop the autostart process, delete the windows service, and delete the files) depending on the variant encountered

Try booting with live cd of any antivirus software( if you have another system to create or within current ) and try scanning & removing them.
I always use my linux system (manjaro) for safety concerns while dealing with external hdd or pendrive.
But its always a threat while browsing internet
