please how can i upgrade the ipad1432, so as to not enter icloud after upgrading it? i am stuck with ios 7.01 i want to upgrAde it but i dont have i icloud password...

If its your phone then use the forgot password option. If not, even using the .ipsw will still land you in the iCloud problem
