Hard resetting your Nokia Symbian S60 is easy; we'll consider how to do it using two scenarios:

While the phone is ON;
1.Dial *#7370#
2. Insert your factory reset code (default code is 12345)

While the phone is OFF
Hold down * , 3 and the green (call) button
