If you get the unfortunately * app stopped working error for any app on your Android then its probably a permissions error. to fix this:

Clear the app's data & cache

1. Go to settings
   
2. Select app
   
3. Navigate to all
   
4. Click on the app from the list
   
5. Click on Force Stop
   
6. Under Storage, clear the apps data and cache then relaunch it
   

Set permission

1. Go to Settings
   
2. Click on apps
   
3. Scroll to the 'All' tab
   
4. Press the menu button
   
5. Click on 'Reset app preferences' ( don't panic, no app or data will be lost)
   

Redownload and Reinstall

Consider re-downloading then reinstalling the app from a reliable source (like Playstore)

Factory reset

If all of the above fail then consider doing a factory reset.  You could boot into recovery mode and select Wipe data / Factory reset or do so Under Settings

Flash stock ROM

If this issue is persistent despite doing all the above the flash the stock ROM back to the phone

I fixed my own error by installing the app directly from google store.u can try that too hope it helps

Sometimes it may be as a result of disabling/freezing a system-app that the app needs its services or a bug from the app itself. in this case there is nothing you can do except to let the developer know and fix it
