If you get the unfortunately * app stopped working error for any app on your Android then its probably a permissions error. to fix this:
Clear the app's data & cache
- Go to settings
- Select app
- Navigate to all
- Click on the app from the list
- Click on Force Stop
- Under Storage, clear the apps data and cache then relaunch it
Set permission
- Go to Settings
- Click on apps
- Scroll to the 'All' tab
- Press the menu button
- Click on 'Reset app preferences' ( don't panic, no app or data will be lost)
Redownload and Reinstall
Consider re-downloading then reinstalling the app from a reliable source (like Playstore)
Factory reset
If all of the above fail then consider doing a factory reset. You could boot into recovery mode and select Wipe data / Factory reset or do so Under Settings
Flash stock ROM
If this issue is persistent despite doing all the above the flash the stock ROM back to the phone
