[Please help] Infinix Hot S goes off, heats up, fails to come on

My infinix hot s goes off at will, gets hot and fails to come back on. I sent it to carl care, just got it back yesterday but it just went off again a while ago

does it get hot when not in use (in sleep mode) or only when you do certain things?
