This fix involves a TWRP NVRAM and Secro backup of the Tecno Phantom 6. To fix a corrupted NVRAM or Secro:

Flash TWRP to the Tecno Phantom 6 using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15455.html
Download the NVRAM and Secro backup for Tecno Phantom 6 by Team Hovatek @ https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4S-Z72...NRMjg/view or https://mega.nz/file/Q9wjmZBT#xlUm_NhTUt...b02JsWVHDw
Unzip the file into the TWRP folder in the phone storage
Boot into TWRP recovery and select Restore
Select the NVRAM & Secro backup folder then swipe to restore
Reboot to System
