Hi, well done guys please I have an Ubuntu desktop I did upgrade recently and the GUI crashed I can only log in to console mode only and also /etc/apt/sources.list is the issue I've putting rubbish there. I've tampered it and it has gotten complicated help me please

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 now help please...

I'm using a TV Stick device. It only have a USB port and an OTG port which I bought an external device to make it usable for my mouse and keyboard.

Is there a way of reinstalling it without using life CD??? Or just to set it back to factory settings???

if the device can boot from USB
then you'll have to download ubuntu ISO and burn to a USB drive using rufus.
then boot from the USB drive
