Hello, 

Great Resource on this site and forum. I have an Infinix Hot 3 x554 16 + 1 A2 that is damaged. It fell on the ground and was stepped on. It does not do anything when the power button is pressed. No lights, no vibrate - nothing. .


Unfortunately i did not have  backup for it.
So I downloaded the Rom file from this site. https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-533.html.

 I downloaded these two files

Infinix X554 Hot 3 Variant 3 (X554 W90918 A2 L 20160607)

htt...160607.rar---> That file File is corrupt and does not extract completely with winrar.


I tried the other rom  Infinix X554 Hot 3 Variant 2 (X554 W90918 A2 L 20160304) and it extracts successfully.

I have followed instructions found on here and on the web. I have loaded the scatter files from the folder and tried to do a Read back. But its not working. I get the error ROR: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032).

Can you please help me. I only want to do a backup of the User data and Cache from the broken phone so i can transfer it to a new phone.

I dont think what is wrong with your phone is software related the screen is possibly damaged.
You can try to take out the memory card and use in another phone or take out the board and connect to another phone of same model to get the files in it

Sounds like a hardware issue. You should have the phone looked at by a techician
