Yes it require me to put unlock code ones i insert my sim card. How can i get it fixed please?

1st try unlocking using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-14562.html
If it doesnt work then you'll need to purchase an unlock code online
Note: the video in guide just shows how to unlock an infinix but the software still supports other MTK devices (alcatel included)
