CDMAworkshop isnt a freeware. CDMA Workshop cost 108$ only
scroll down to the end of the page.
BTW unlocking that particular modem of yours doesnt guarantee that you can use other sim cards on it. the device is probably a CDMA device. and if you're Nigerian, then you should know that our mobile networks are all GSM not CDMA networks
